If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees, I will reach out to you regarding the reshipment cost. Please note that I am not responsible for any mail lost in transit. 

Packaging - I usually wrap the cuties in bubble wrap and send them off in poly mailers - keeping them safe while reducing extra packaging waste to support sustainability.
